What they came to us with.
Elevate Fitness runs 45 boutique fitness studios across two regions. Each studio ran its own schedule; members who wanted to book at multiple locations had to navigate multiple systems. Instructors teaching at multiple studios maintained separate calendars. The ops team spent hours every week reconciling schedules and chasing down conflicts.
What we built.
We're building a unified scheduling and member journey platform. Members book at any location from one app; instructors see one calendar that accounts for commute time between studios. The system tracks member patterns — when attendance drops, when someone is trying new class types — and surfaces insights to studio managers. We're also building instructor workload balancing to prevent burnout.
Where it landed.
Currently in phased rollout across all 45 studios. Early results show approximately 1,400 hours saved per quarter on manual scheduling coordination. Member satisfaction scores for booking experience are up 18 points in pilot studios. Full deployment planned for Q2 2026.
